AT HOME INGROWN HAIR CARE - 

• ALWAYS KEEP THE AREA CLEAN. 

• ALWAYS USE A PH BALANCED BODY WASH. THESE CAN BE FOUND IN THE FEMININE PRODUCT SECTION AT DRUG STORES FOR AROUND $6. 

• DO NOT USE HARSH EXFOLIANTS. 

• AVOID THE URGE TO POP/ PICK WITH YOUR FINGERS OR TWEEZERS. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RESIST. FIRST SHOWER, LIGHTLY EXFOLIATE IN THE SHOWER, MAKE SURE YOUR SKIN IS SOFTENED, THEN LIGHTLY TRY AND EXTRACT THE HAIR WITH GOOD TWEEZERS. DO NOT BREAK THE HAIR IT WILL CREATE MORE PROBLEMS. 

LASH EXTENSION AFTER CARE  

• DO NOT GET WET FOR 24-48 HOURS. 

• DO NOT WEAR MASCARA 

• ALWAYS USE AN OIL FREE MAKEUP REMOVER AND MAKEUP

• BRUSH 1-2 TIMES A DAY WITH EYELASH COMB. DO NOT OVER BRUSH. 

• DO NOT TUG, PULL OR RUB.

• COME IN FOR A FILL WHEN 40% OF YOUR LASHES REMAIN. 

• ONLY USE THIRD COAST LASH APPROVED CLEANSERS. 

• BRUSH LASHES AFTER THE SHOWER OR WATER EXPOSURE.

Permanent Makeup Aftercare Instructions 

Permanent Brow Tattoo Aftercare

DAY 1

When you wake up, wet the brows with lukewarm water and gently wash in a circular motion towards the temples with cleanser and apply a rice grain size of the aftercare ointment to the brows. Make sure to be as gentle as possible and repeat this about 2- 3 times during the day. Apply a rice grain size amount of aftercare to brows. But that should be just a tiny bit. This will help keep your brows moisturized. Remember to always be as gentle as possible.

DAY 2-5 

Once your brows begin to flake (best case they don't flake) Leave them alone completely. No washing, No aftercare ointment, don’t touch them, don’t pick at them, let them naturally flake off no matter how tempting it is to touch them.

DAY 7-14 

The scabbing should be done and sloughed off at this point. You might panic thinking all of the microblading pigment is gone or it might appear greyish but the color will slowly re-saturate. Again, no need to panic. Your brows should be healed enough at this point to temporarily fill in with some powder.

2 WEEKS After 

All of a sudden the pigment can be seen a little better and you can see the defined strokes/color. It might still be a little splotchy but not much, much better than it was.You are all healed! The color should be settled and you should have a soft and natural-looking brow. Schedule & come for your touch-up appointment in 3-4 weeks to give final details & perfection!

The following must be avoided until finished flaking Increased sweating, exercises, strenuous activity. Brow tattoo removal is done using saline, saline is what our sweat is made out of, so you just remove your tattoo by sweating during the first 7 days. Getting your eyebrows wet outside of washing instructions. Yes, you can shower,but face away from the shower and crack the curtain if you like hot showers. Tanning bed use at any point after having your brows tattooed will result in discoloration and premature fading Many UVA/UVB exposure will pose A risk for discoloration .when brows are done flaking apply spf (containing zink oxide) daily Do not plan a vacation two weeks prior to or 4 weeks after. DO NOT PICK at any possible scabbing or flaking. You will pull out the ink permanently. If you accidentally brush off a flake its okay! just no picking. Wash hands prior to washing brows, and wash your pillowcase to lower risk of infection . Avoid Retinol, Retin-A, Vitamin A, Acids & Oils on your brows and forehead.These ingredients are amazing, but they have cellular communication so they will fade your brows prematurely. No lotions, non gentle cleaner, or makeup should applied to the brows until they are done flaking Do not sleep on your side, you will prematurely pull off the scabbing, pulling out the ink entirely causing your brows to heal more patchy and uneven. Do not wear your hair over your brows, the natural oils from your hair will cause premature fading during the healing process

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY BROWS BEGIN TO FLAKE OVER?

Leave them alone completely. No washing, No aftercare ointment, don’t touch them, don’t pick at them, let them naturally flake off no matter how tempting it is to touch them. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BROWS DON’T FLAKE? This is best case scenario when healing, wash and aftercare for a full 7 days and then stop after day 7 if they are not flaking by then.

Lip Blushing Aftercare

DAY 1

immediately following the procedure, lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. They may appear swollen and bright in color. For 4 hours after treatment, apply light pressure on lips with a clean paper towel, to remove any lymph. After 4 hours, start applying ointment (Aquaphor) as needed to keep lips constantly moist. You can apply ice pack for comfort. No kissing, rubbing or friction on treatment area

DAY 2-5 

Apply ointment on lips several times a day. Keep lips moist at all times. You may experience blistering, it is normal. Avoid oily, spicy and heavily seasoned food and drink with a straw. After every meal gently rinse and clean lips with water and pat dry, then re-apply ointment.

DAY 4-7

 Between these days, lips will begin and end the process of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%. Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue keeping your lips moist!

2 WEEKS After

 Lips are done peeling, color is light. You may return to normal routines. Lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks. Every week more color will surface, it is important to continue keeping lips moist to get the best color at the end of the healing phase. 6-8 weeks after Your lips are healed and you're feeling unstoppable!!! Just add some lip gloss and go! In most cases it requires two treatments to complete the lip transformation. So book your touch-up to ensure the best results and longevity.

Remember, microblading, fusion brows, powder brows, and lip blushing are all a two-step process. They require a touch-up session 5-8 weeks for brows and 6-8 weeks for lips. Brows are a two-step process. The first step to the process is the initial session/appointment. This appointment is to determine shape, size, and color. I prefer to keep the initial appointment conservative. You can add to a tattoo but you absolutely can’t subtract. This first step is to see how your skin reacts, heals, and how skin holds pigment. After our canvas has its first layer and healing time we can add any additional saturdation, fix any imperfections, AND build density all around for long-lasting results.

Keep the area clean and allow the skin to breathe for the best retention. Do not apply too much of the aftercare. These washing instructions are not just a suggestion, your brows will 100% not heal properly without proper aftercare. I will most definitely notice if aftercare is not followed, and you may be turned away from your perfecting session if I see you pose risk of not following aftercare as this can lead to an infection. Brows are 50% artists correct technique and 50% client care. This is an investment on your face, so please follow all aftercare thoroughly and please don’t hesitate to reach out.
