Please call our Front Desk Staff if you cannot find the answer to your question.
Your hair should be at least around 1/4 of an inch long to get the best results. This would be about 2-4 weeks with out shaving depending on your hair growth.
NO! Please do not trim before your service. Our specialists have "seen it all" and we prefer longer hair growth to give you the best result possible. If trimming is required it will be done by your wax specialist prior to the wax.
Nope! We will walk you through the whole process upon arrival.
YES! We don't let mother nature mess with our wax schedules. We just ask that you please wear a tampon or menstrual disk/ cup. Please change your period protection before the service.
That my friends is up to your parents! For your first wax with us, we ask that you come with a parent or guardian to sign liability wavers. It will then be up to your parent to sign an additional waver saying that you may be seen with out their presence in the future.
Yes indeed! In fact we recommend it. Waxing while you are pregnant is much easier than trying to navigate with a razor in the shower.
First time waxers should try and stay comfy! This means break out the sweats or sun dresses and give our self some breathing room to keep bacteria out of your newly opened pores. If you have any more questions on how to prevent ingrowns, please visit our after care page.
First time waxers can expect to stay baby smooth for 2-3 weeks. To further the duration of your waxing results, continue waxing. 80% of our regular waxers only get waxed every 6 weeks!
Absolutely NOT. First and foremost this is our job. There is nothing we have not seen. EveryBODY is welcomed here.
We love kids and welcome them for services with short durations. Please keep in mind that your child(ren) will be in the room with you as your service is completed. Kids are not allowed to be left unattended in the lobby unless they are of an age where they are able to keep them selves busy.
