Carley is a licensed esthetician in the states of Wisconsin and Arizona and graduated from the VICI Aveda Institute in 2016. Since then, she has focused much of her career on mastering the art of speed waxing as a dedicated wax specialist, building a strong reputation within the aesthetics industry.
In addition to waxing, Carley is a highly skilled, certified lash artist who specializes in hybrid lash sets, offering clients customized, natural-yet-full looks.
After opening her business in 2020, she successfully expanded Third Coast Aesthetics into a significantly larger space. Carley founded Third Coast with the vision of creating a fresh, modern salon where the “happiest estheticians” work—a place where clients can enjoy a wide range of beauty services and feel truly at home with the aesthetic team.

Dezi is a licensed esthetician and a valued member of our aesthetic team. She began her journey in the beauty industry in 2022 after graduating from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness.
A true Gemini at heart—curious, creative, and highly communicative—Dezi brings vibrant energy to every appointment. Her passion for helping others feel confident and radiant drives her mission to make the world a more beautiful place, one client at a time.
At Third Coast Aesthetics, Dezi offers a variety of expert beauty services, including brow and full facial threading, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations and tints, and waxing. As a skin expert and wax specialist, her top priority is providing personalized treatments that enhance each client’s natural beauty and boost their confidence.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2018, Emily discovered her passion for lash artistry and aesthetics. As a two-time certified lash artist, she has been lashing for over five years and has developed a strong expertise in lash retention.
In 2022, she graduated from Aveda IBW to expand her skill set and offer a wider range of beauty services to her clients. In addition to lash extensions, Emily specializes in treatment-focused facials and body waxing.
She is dedicated to helping every client feel like the best version of themselves—both inside and out. Emily believes in creating a personalized experience, offering fully customized services tailored to each individual client.

Ice is a full-time professional lash artist with over five years of experience transforming lashes into true works of art. As part of our aesthetic team, she brings bold creativity to every set—from sleek, classic black lashes to vibrant color accents and playful tinsel styles.
Her goal is to help each client achieve their beauty goals while enhancing their natural features and creating a look that reflects their individuality.
When she’s not lashing, Ice enjoys crafting handmade Sempiternal Trinket jewelry—timeless, delicate pieces infused with creativity, heart, and originality.
In addition to lash artistry, she is also a skin expert and wax specialist, ensuring a well-rounded approach to beauty and self-care for every client.

Gigi is a licensed esthetician who graduated in 2022 from the Academy of Beauty Professionals. As a valued member of our aesthetic team, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality beauty services with a strong focus on professionalism and client care.
Gigi specializes in full body waxing as a wax specialist and is currently continuing her education in skincare and lash artistry. She is in training for facials, lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow laminations, with a focus on expanding her skill set to offer a well-rounded, results-driven approach to beauty and self-care.
