Third Coast Lashes

We use the True Volume Lashing Technique. Our Lash Artists create Handmade Fans which takes a lot of practice and talent. Lashes are carefully wrapped around the Natural Lash to create a atural looking, long lasting, beautiful Lash Set. 

Lash Extensions fall out with your Natural Lash Shedding Process which takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks depending on the person. We recommend getting Fills every 2 weeks to avoid having to purchase a new Full Set, so we can keep your Lashes clean and looking fresh.!

We take pride in the Quality of our Lash Extensions, which means we take our Glue choice VERY seriously. At the Third Coast Lash Lounge we use Cleare Luxe Adhesive Glue by Covela, which only contains 2 ingredients, and none of the extra preservatives that are found in many other lash glues. There isn't really a short answer for this, and it varies person to person. Researchers found that most people who had allergic reactions involving their eyes or eyelids was due to the glue or tape that the Lash Artist used to attach the eyelash extensions. It was noted that all the products contained formaldehyde, a cause of keratoconjunctivitis, which is inflammation of the cornea and conjunctiva. In addition to formaldehyde, a person may be allergic to lead, or benzoic acid, which certain cosmetic products may contain. We are proud to say that our lash glue is FREE of any of the chemicals listed above. However, some guests can be allergic to another ingredient called "Cyanoacrylate" that is in virtually every adhesive on the market, and is in-fact one of the two ingredients in our glue. Pending on the type of reaction and the participants willingness to try lashes again, we recommend coming in first to receive a patch test or a simple lash placement test, where we place one or two lash extensions on each eye to test out how the client reacts. This service is completely done at the discretion of the Lash Artist and Client. If you choose to undergo a patch test or a lash placement test, you will be asked to fill out additional Liability Forms. 2 hours! I know it sounds like FOREVER... but your Lash Artist is sure to become your new bestie during your time together! If you are nervous or know you get antsy, we recommend to stay away from caffeine 24 HOURS prior to your appointment, maybe try a CBD product (if thats your jam), request your favorite podcast or type of music, or even bring your air pods! We promise 2 hours is worth every second for the Lashes of your dreams.

We LOVE kids, so much! They are more than welcome for quick routine services, however, we do not allow children who cannot "entertain" themselves at our Lash Appointments. This is because Mom or Dad is stuck on the table for up to 2 hours with their lashes taped down, and are unable to open their eyes the duration of the appointment. If you would like to try this experiment out at home, tape your eyes shut for 2 hours and lay on the couch and let the little guys run free (all jokes, from parent to parent).

No worries at all! This is what our Lash Artists are here for! Since all of our Full Sets are booked for the same amount of time, we are very flexible with the type of set you choose. However, we suggest you book a hybrid set, and add in the appointment notes that you will need a consult for choosing the type of Lash Style. This will help our artists prepare for your appointment.

Absolutely not! You barley feel anything at all. 

NO!!! ABSOLUTELY NO!!! Lash artists do not tape eyes open. We tape the bottom lashes down with a little pad, and piece of tape that helps us map out your Lash Design and keep your bottom lashes from being lashed.and potentially stuck together.

Gross, very gross. Google it and wash your Lashes everyday!
