If a No Show occurs, the card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked. If the payment fails to process, the balance will be applied to the client's account, and they will be required to pay that balance prior to booking future appointments with
Third Coast Aesthetics.
We get it, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 12 hours notice, in order to optimize our service providers schedules and keep our business running smoothly.
We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule, or the service time will be shortened accordingly.
