Out of respect for our providers time, no-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
However, we do offer a grace period: If you reschedule and complete your service within 7 days of the original appointment, the charge will be credited towards your new service.

We get it, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 12 hours notice, in order to optimize our service providers schedules and keep our business running smoothly.
While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 Late Fee and /or have their appointment adjusted otr rescheduled based on service timing.
Chronically late arrivals may be required to prepay for future appointments to hold their spot.
