If a No Show occurs, the card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked. If the payment fails to process, the balance will be applied to the client's account, and they will be required to pay that balance prior to booking future appointments with

A Cancellation within less than 24 Hours occurs, the card on file will be charged 50% of the cost of the service booked. Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled by visiting
